Shipping policy

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 1-2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: 2-6 business days via Australia Post, depending on your location. Metro areas are typically faster, while regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking: Every order includes an Australia Post tracking number, sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost: Flat rate $8.95 Australia-wide. Orders over $79 ship free.

Delivery Locations: We ship to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Business Days: Delivery timeframes are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at team@pawsomepal.com.au and we'll sort it out for you.

International Shipping: We currently ship within Australia only.
