How long until I receive my portrait?+
Portraits are drawn within 2-3 business days. Once approved, your order ships from Sydney via Australia Post within 1-3 business days, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.
What is the shipping cost?+
Free shipping on orders $79 and above. Orders under $79 ship for a flat rate of $8.95 Australia-wide.
What types of photos work best?+
Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and a front-facing view of your pet work best. Not sure which photo to use? Upload multiple images and we'll pick the best one. Our team will always reach out if your photo isn't quite right.
Can I see my portrait before you ship it?+
Yes! You can request a digital proof before we print. Once your portrait is ready, we'll email it to you for approval. Want something changed? Just let us know — once you're happy, we print and ship.
What if I'm not happy with my portrait?+
We want you to love it. If you request a digital proof, you can ask for revisions before we print. If something's not right after delivery, reach out to us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Can I have my pet's name in a different font?+
Yes! If you'd like any additional customisation — a different font, background colour, or anything else — just add it to your cart's special instructions.
Can you remove my pet's harness or collar?+
Yes! You can request accessories to be included or removed when placing your order.
