Once your portrait is ready/has been approved, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Orders are shipped out of Sydney and are processed, packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, with average delivery times being 2-5 business days.

On your order options, you can request to be sent a copy of your poster before we print it.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email with your portrait.

From there, you can request any changes you would like made to the poster.
